Geneo X Skin Treatment

Geneo X™ is a non-invasive facial treatment platform combining several technologies for skin revitalization and rejuvenation.

On the Swiss Geneo site, the treatment is described as combining up to four technologies that help vitalize, tighten, and rejuvenate the skin.

The platform centers on patented Oxypods and may include ultrasound, TriPollar® radiofrequency, and in the Geneo X premium model, ESA (Electrical Skin Activation). The site states that these technologies are used to support oxygenation, active ingredient delivery, tightening, and activation of the skin’s regenerative mechanisms.

Geneo X™ is built as a multi-step facial treatment. Oxypods are described as the core of the treatment and are used to tailor the procedure to specific skin needs.

Ultrasound is presented as supporting circulation and enhancing penetration of active ingredients. TriPollar® RF is described as tightening the skin by stimulating collagen and elastin synthesis and by promoting fibroblast growth factors. The Swiss site also states that ESA in Geneo X premium acts on deeper skin layers to activate natural regenerative mechanisms and “awaken” fatigued cells.

Geneo X™ may be suitable for dull or tired-looking skin, dehydration, early laxity, reduced radiance, uneven texture, and patients seeking a non-invasive skin quality treatment with minimal interruption of daily activity.

The Geneo site also references tailored approaches for dry skin, oily or enlarged-pore skin, pigmentation, and wrinkles through different Oxypod combinations.

A Geneo X™ session is typically performed as a staged facial treatment. Depending on the selected protocol, the skin undergoes exfoliation and activation with the Oxypod system, infusion of targeted actives, ultrasound-assisted delivery, radiofrequency tightening, and, on selected systems, ESA-based stimulation.

Treatment duration usually falls within the range of a conventional in-clinic facial technology procedure, commonly around 30 to 45 minutes depending on the protocol and add-on components.

Potential benefits include improved radiance, better hydration, smoother texture, support of skin firmness, and an overall fresher appearance. Where radiofrequency is included, the Swiss Geneo site states that tightening and recontouring effects may be achieved through collagen and elastin stimulation.

Because the treatment is non-invasive, it is commonly positioned as a low-downtime option for patients seeking visible skin revitalization without aggressive resurfacing.

Before and After Care

Preparation is usually minimal, but the skin should be assessed for irritation, active inflammatory eruptions, barrier impairment, or contraindications to ultrasound or radiofrequency-based care. Harsh exfoliants and strongly irritating skincare should be avoided if the skin is reactive.

The consultation should identify the skin concern clearly so that the appropriate Oxypod and treatment mode can be selected.

Patients generally return to routine activity immediately. Mild pinkness may occur temporarily. Gentle skincare, hydration, and daily sun protection are recommended after treatment.

Where the skin has been exfoliated more actively, additional guidance may be given to avoid irritating products for a short period.

Risks and Side Effects

Geneo X™ is generally considered a low-downtime treatment, but temporary redness, warmth, or mild sensitivity can occur. If radiofrequency is used, transient heat sensation is expected.

Suitability depends on skin condition, treatment goals, and the presence of any contraindications to specific device components.

A consultation is recommended to tailor the treatment to the patient’s skin type, barrier condition, and aesthetic goals.

Protocol selection varies depending on whether the priority is glow, hydration, tightening, texture, or age-prevention. Pricing is determined after consultation.
